Use our Free Downloadable App or simply from your computer browser and log your symptoms, sleep patterns, and meals for a week. You will receive a comment every day and a final report so you will know exactly why your body is naturally struggling and how to fix that.
Take the online test on your body's energetics
As part of Stage 1, we will ask you to perform a test online. It will take maximum 10 minutes to fill in, and it will ask you in-depth questions about your symptoms and patterns of pain and dysfunction. Together with our observations from your journal entries, this will complete the preliminary information to give us a picture of your body's functions and energetics.
30 Minutes Free Consultation at the end of the 10 days
The final step of our 10 days together is a Free 30 minutes consultation call. In this one we will give you a report on our findings, we tell you what we think you should do for your health. Then you can simply go ahead with the stage 2 of the plan, pay weekly the required amount and get the full Natural Therapy program until the end, or simply cancel at no cost.

Stage 2: Holistic Assessment (1 Week)
We will take a week to organise the best time for this assessment and complete the research on your case. Any test, information from your GP, list of medications that you might bring at this stage would be useful.

Clinical Diagnostics
Our clinical diagnostics look into the body's skin, complexion, eyes, tongue, internal pulse, and temperature, for signs of internal dysfunctions. This is a direct observation that can be done when visiting in person our clinics. If you live abroad, it will be limited as done on camera, but still helpful and possible to a good extent.
Naturopathic Questionnaire
The Naturopathic Questionnaire is an extensive list of questions that we need to go through (it takes around 45 minutes) to check every system of your body for further patterns other than the ones already visible though observation. It is a comprehensive and essentail part of the therapetuic assessment that will give definitive clues on your health state.
Iridology
The shape and pattenrs of the fibres in the iris of the eye are clues on your constitution strengths and weaknesses. When analysed and paired with the other assessments, they become a powerful diagnostic tool to understand your body's natural strengths and weaknesses
Research
After the physical assessments and questionnaire, we will take a few days to perform a research on your case. This is fundamental to establish the right strategy, to complete the necessary safety checks, and perform further examinations to help you recover successfully.
Stage 3:
Going Through The Plan Together
(3 Weeks)
Dietary Plan
You will receive a dietary plan, comprehensive, with video to help get started and ideas for recipes, and solution if you struggle to prepare meals. This is not a plan that seek to change your diet forever. It is a therapeutic diet to bring you to the correct state in which improvement will occur, during a certain time. If you commit to follow it thoroughly, with our help, you will succeed in getting better.
Grocery Day Help
We found that going with you to the grocery store (if you live in London UK) is a fun thing to do and super helpful. If that is not possible for any reasons or because you are abroad, we will dedicate a time over the phone to help you using online providers or improving your gorceries spending at your favourite store.
Herbal Prescriptions
